Living Being Well is a locally owned natural wellness centre in Pukekohe, created to help people feel stronger, move with confidence and support healthy ageing.

Our Story
Living Being Well began with a simple vision: to create a place where people could access a range of natural wellness services under one roof, without the pressure or intensity of a traditional gym.
Over time, the centre has grown into a supportive wellness community focused on movement, recovery, natural therapies and personalised care. Every service has been carefully chosen to help people feel better, stay active and invest in their long term wellbeing.

Here, at Living Being Well, it’s just that: We provide services that help you improve your overall well-being. Vibra-Train is a timeless proven method of exercise that gives remarkable results in only 15 minutes three times a week. Our sunbeds offer a beautiful tan, and we have one sunbed with Red Light Therapy bulbs, which not only stimulates Vitamin D production but also collagen production by your body!
Our Red light therapy has so many benefits. A particular favourite is anti-aging and skin repair.
Our Sauna is also a treat, providing deep detoxing abilities through near, mid & far infrared. Our private sauna is my favourite go-to.
We offer affordable memberships and very competitively priced other services. Our Red Light Therapy is really popular and the only one in town!
